After years of helping my Grandma Jan bake, I learned how to work with dough to create delicious treats for friends. Then I saw the need in our town for fresh bread made with organic ingredients (and we were very interested in the health benefits of fermented breads), so I decided to share our bread with the people of Ramona. From there, we began delivering to more communities in San Diego. We will continue to grow and create more satisfying baked goods!
